Steps to your success with Flōwsy

There's nothing worse than buying something & not knowing what to do next. Check out these next steps to ensure your journey with Flōwsy is nothing short of fantastic!


Get Some Information Together for Us + Fill Out the Flōwsy Account Form .

The first thing you need to do is fill out the Flōwsy Account Form. You'll receive an email from one of our team members with this or scroll to the bottom of this page.

Here's what you'll need:

• Contact information for the main account user
• Church name
• Church address
• Church website
• EIN number
• Church logo in .PNG format
• Size of the church
• Additional user emails (Church Starter includes 3 users, Church Pro includes unlimited)
• Technical contact information


Set up your user profile.

Once you complete our Flōwsy Account Form, your account will be created. You will receive an email to set up your account (if you don't see it, check spam/junk folder.) If you don't receive anything within 15 minutes reach out to us at support@flowsy.app.


Go through the Flōwsy Quick Start Guide.

Take about an hour to go through the Flōwsy Quick Start Guide. This is where you'll learn how to use Flōwsy quickly.


Make Necessary Changes to Your Account.

Get ready to set up your Flōwsy! Once you've completed our questionnaire, you'll gain access to your Flōwsy account. However, please note that it may take anywhere between 2 days to 1 week before you can send out emails or texts. We'll need to submit your church's information to set up your personalized email server and phone number. In the meantime, feel free to customize your Flōwsy templates to best suit your church's needs.
